We develop presentation packages and promotional materials that showcase your organization in the most professional way possible to get you noticed by funders and potential collaborating organizations.

Our  Strategic Planning Services Include: 

Ì      Facilitation – Our design professional will facilitate staff and/or community strategic planning groups to collaboratively develop program designs.   We help you identify and resolve strategic issues and set priorities in addressing problems?

Ì     Vision, Mission, and Goal Setting – We help you examine the organization’s mission, and set goals for the years ahead.

Ì     Program Development – We help you identify program goals, align outcomes, and improve organizational accountability.

Ì     Budget Development – We help you find funding sources and prepare budgets to reach program goals.

Ì     Developing Action Plans – We help you establish an action timeline for implementing plans, including strategies to develop partnerships and relationships with key foundations /agencies.

Ì     Evaluation Plans – Develop an evaluation system that produces results for program improvement

Ì     Creating Supporting Materials – We create supporting materials such as pamphlets, brochures, and power point presentations that showcase your organization.  We develop impact and process program evaluations, surveys, needs assessments, focus group questions and agendas, data collection forms, and training materials to support your organizations business functions.

Fee:  $500 per day, $250 – ½ Day             

$50 per hour preparation time.
